Progressive Roles

Founded on Field Experience

Park Heroes was founded by Joseph Jergovic, CPRP, after more than a decade of progressive advancement through municipal parks and recreation. Unlike consultants who only know parks from a planning perspective, Park Heroes brings credibility from every level—from operating heavy equipment and leading maintenance crews to managing capital projects and directing citywide operations.

This isn't theory. It's real-world knowledge from someone who has built, maintained, supervised, and managed parks systems in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex.

Whether you need construction oversight that understands field realities, operational assessments from someone who's lived them, or strategic planning grounded in what actually works—Park Heroes delivers consulting that parks professionals respect.
